Seal Coating

Parking lot seal coating projects a positive image of your company, facility, or residential complex. When covered with sealant, your asphalt parking lot looks new and wears much longer by extending the life of the pavement. It is important to seal coat properly and the first step is to use commercial grade sealer and additives. (We use the best in the business - Brewer Cote.)

Next, seal coating should only be performed under the proper weather conditions. And finally, all traffic should be kept off your newly sealed parking lot for at least 18 to 36 hours to allow for drying time (curing).
